退款政策

我們希望你對每項購買都感到安心。以下政策適用於所有在天衡學院網站的購買。

1. 單次報告

1.1 付款前，你會看到報告內容說明，並確認「明白報告將於付款後即時生成」。

1.2 以下情況，我們會免費重做；如未能於 48 小時內完成，則全數退款：

(a) 報告未能生成；

(b) 因本公司系統錯誤（例如時區、夏令時間或曆法計算錯誤）而令命盤出錯。

1.3 如你輸入的出生資料有誤，可於付款後 7 日內免費更正並重新生成一次。

1.4 付款後 7 日內，如報告尚未開啟（以系統紀錄為準），可申請全數退款。

1.5 除上述情況外，已生成及開啟的報告恕不退款。

2. 會員訂閱

2.1 你可隨時取消；取消後可使用至該付款週期完結，不會再收費。

2.2 首次訂閱後 7 日內取消，而未曾使用任何付費功能，可申請全數退款。

2.3 已開始的付款週期，除第 2.2 條情況外，不設按比例退款。

2.4 年費續期前最少 14 日會以電郵提示；如你在續期後 7 日內通知並未使用付費功能，可申請退回續期費用。

3. 網上課程

3.1 開課日前 14 日或以前取消：全數退款。

3.2 開課後，如已觀看少於 20% 內容：退款 50%。

3.3 其他情況恕不退款。

4. 退款方式

退款會退回原付款方式，一般需時 5 至 10 個工作天到賬（視乎發卡銀行或付款服務供應商）。原交易的付款手續費由本公司承擔，不會從你的退款中扣除。

5. 申請方法

電郵至support@yijing.life，註明訂單編號及原因。我們會在 3 個工作天內回覆。

6. 本政策不影響你依據香港法律享有的任何權利。

English summary — Refund Policy

Reports: if a report fails to generate or our system makes a calculation error (e.g. time zone, daylight saving or calendar), we regenerate it free, or refund in full if we cannot fix it within 48 hours. You may correct wrong birth data once within 7 days. Unopened reports can be refunded in full within 7 days of purchase. Subscriptions: cancel any time; access continues to the end of the paid period. A first subscription cancelled within 7 days with no paid features used is fully refundable. Courses: full refund up to 14 days before the start date; 50% if less than 20% has been viewed; otherwise non-refundable. Refunds go to the original payment method within about 5–10 business days.
